Salesforce Loss Runs With LossRunReports

LossRunReports works with Salesforce through report exports and our REST API. Export accounts and policies from a Salesforce report, map the columns once and request loss runs. On Agency and Enterprise plans, webhooks and the REST API let your admin push summaries and loss ratios back to Salesforce records.

Salesforce loss run questions

Is there a Salesforce AppExchange package?

No. The connection uses report exports, our REST API and webhooks that your Salesforce admin can call.

What data can come back to Salesforce?

Request status, claim counts, paid and incurred totals, loss ratio and the summary file link.

Do I need a developer?

Not for file import and PDF export. Writing data back automatically needs someone to connect the API.
