Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?

There is no free plan. Anyone can read one loss run in the demo on the homepage without an account, and a confirmed account gets the full result of that demo document. Everything else is part of a paid plan.

What counts as a document?

Each file read by LossRunReports counts once: a carrier loss run, an ACORD application, a dec page, a schedule of values or a driver list. Deleting a document does not give the quota back, and the count resets every billing month.

What counts as a client account?

An insured you work on during the billing month: you send a request, upload a document or build a summary for it. Accounts you only keep on file do not count.

What happens at the limit?

At 80 percent you see a notice in the dashboard. At 100 percent new uploads pause until the next billing month or until you move to a larger plan, and the upgrade charges only the difference right away.

Can we pay by invoice?

Enterprise includes invoice billing. Broker and Agency are paid by card with 3D Secure.

Can we cancel?

Yes, any time in billing. The plan stays active to the end of the paid period.
